ALUPROF MB-SR60N, MB-SR60N HI Mullion-transom curtain wall
Description
The MB-SR60N facade system is designed for the construction of lightweight cladding solutions, including flat curtain walls, infill walls, and complex spatial structures. Featuring 60 mm-wide mullions and transoms, this system enables the creation of sleek, aesthetically refined facades with slim, visible division lines while maintaining exceptional durability and structural strength. The design allows for a flush alignment of mullions and transoms on the exterior surface, offering multiple options for the final appearance. One of the key advantages of the MB-SR60N system is its outstanding technical performance, design flexibility, and compatibility with a wide range of openable elements integrated into the facade. A particularly notable variant is the MB-SR60N HI+, which incorporates specialized thermal breaks to enhance energy efficiency and thermal insulation. Additionally, the MB-SR60N EFEKT version eliminates visible face caps on the exterior, providing a seamless, all-glass facade appearance. Thanks to a broad selection of profiles and accessories, architects and designers can bring even the most ambitious aluminum-glass facade concepts to life. For vertically and horizontally faceted walls, special overlay profiles are used in combination with uniquely shaped pressure bars and face caps, eliminating spatial limitations and the necessity for specialized angular mullions. Furthermore, state-of-the-art connectors and mounting accessories allow for increased load capacity, enabling facade infill modules to support weights of up to 1,100 kg, making this system a highly versatile and innovative solution for modern architectural applications.
